Terms of Service

InStock Checker watches Apple Store in-store pickup availability for the products and stores you choose and notifies you by push notification and email when they become available. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

InStock Checker is an independent service and isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. We read the same public pickup information apple.com shows. Reservations and purchases happen on Apple’s site, under Apple’s terms.

Stock changes quickly and Apple’s data can be delayed, wrong or unavailable. We don’t guarantee that you’ll get an alert for every restock, that an alert arrives before an item sells out, or that a product is still available when you reach Apple’s site.

You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One account per person.

Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record. Alerts run only while your plan is active. Prices may change; we’ll tell you before a change applies to your next bill.

You can cancel anytime from your account. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be billed again.

In your first week: if no alert has reached you yet, email support@instorechecker.com within 7 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. Once an alert has reached you, that month counts as used. Otherwise we don’t refund partial months. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Don’t resell alerts, automate sign-ups, scrape the service, or use it to buy stock for resale at scale. We may suspend accounts that do, or that put the service at risk.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed purchase, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we’ll email you before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept it.
